      The Research Institute of Greatoo (Guangzhou) Held the First Term Robot Design Skill Competition

      In order the improve workers’ professional skills, motivate them to surpass those prominent, set an example to others and build up the domestic atmosphere of comparing, learning, catching and surpassing, our company held a competition of workers’ skills in the conference room with audio-visual equipment on the afternoon of December 23.



      Runlong Hong from General Affairs Department hosted the competition and Doctor Yunjun Yang was the judge of the competition. At first, Doctor Yang read out the rules and rating standards of the competition and declared the opening of the competition. There were 10 workers taking part in the competition. They competed for the first, second and third prize after working hard for two and a half hours. At last, Shudian Lin won the first prize, and Hui Li and Yucheng Liao the second prize and the third prize respectively. Doctor Yang concentrated himself on the competition, stopping to give a mark to every operator. This competition was both nervous and interesting. This competition not only helped every participant to see the gap between their skills and other colleagues, but also enabled participants to learn from others and be more objective in their jobs in the future.



      At the end, Doctor Yang made a conclusion of this skill competition, praising the prize winners and encouraging all workers to learn from the advanced. This worker skill competition served as an important measure of the company’s implementation of the strategy of “Talents Strengthen Enterprises”. Besides, this competition made workers more devoted to their posts and enabled workers to improve their skills to promote the development of individuals and the enterprise. In the future, the company will continue to organize various kinds of competitions to provide opportunities for workers to learn from each and really increase the core competitiveness of the company.
