In order to promote the contact with the surrounding large enterprises, active and show corporate culture, and promote the construction of corporate culture, in the afternoon of July 13, organized by External Liaison Office, staff representatives from the Administrative Office, the Human Resource Department, Help Center, Federation of University Students and other departments came to Tsingtao Brewery (Jieyang) Co., Ltd. to participate an exchange meeting. As we can see, the staffs promote corporate culture communication and friendship by communicating with each other.A variety of topics was carried out in interesting ways, such as company’s development of corporate culture activities, the mode of corporate external contact, the way of internal management and so on. What a happy exchange meeting it is!

Under the leadership of the other side, we visited the company's beer fermentation workshop, sampling inspection workshop, and beer production line workshop, and exchanged ideas in the reception room. In the process of sharing the exchange, staffs promote the friendship and emotion between each other,everyonewas in the enjoyment of showing himself and also reflects the lively and humorous side of them. As we can see, the exchange of the scene is very harmonious, and made a very good exchange effect. 
The activity came to an end in a laughter. Although the exchange time is short, it is a opportunity to gather staffs from different company together, and deepen the exchange of communication between listed companies, which make it easier to learn from each other. What’s more, it build a platform for for young employees to make friends. We will explore more and better activities for staffs in the future, and hope that every employee to do the most meaningful thing with enthusiasm and ideal.
